DO NOT DEPEND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Within the one year warranty the pump discontinue. For several weeks I attempted to accept a customer service person, and when I finally did it was useless. Because they had no repair people in my station, they decided they would would replace my washer, and they would pay shipping costs. Nice offer, but they never followed through. And I again was in telephone hell. I will NEVER occupy another Haier product again.
I cherish this washer/dryer. Its easy to consume cleans mountainous and is compact. I have an apartment that only had a washer hook-up and it perfect for my position. Each cycle takes about about 2 and 1/2 hours but thats no predicament for me. It cleans a whole lot better than my feeble top load washer and alot quieter. The capcity for loads is worthy smaller than my traditional top load, of course, so I wash more loads. That is no scrape, as well, because this is a better cleaning machine hands down anyway. I highly recommend this washer/dryer.
Not at all precise. I bought a Haier for a runt kitchen in my daughter's unusual microscopic house. It leaked from day 1 or did not work at all somedays. It flooded her recent carpets and fresh floors 8-9 times. We honest unplugged it. After True Appliance effect me off and made excuses for one month and did nothing...they said they could not refund me...for me to call Haier. Guess What? Haier is doing nothing either. My daughter has a metal fraction of junk in her kitchen and has to go assist and forth to my house to do her laundry. Dreadful customer service! I guess the courts will be next.
